This is one of my favorite books for anyone of any age. Written "for children", it's hard to guess the target age. It could be a picture book that an adult reads to a younger child. It could be a book an upper elementary child reads alone. But it's just as sweet for anyone to read. It's a comforting book about old age. I admit, I always cry when I read this one--and I read it for myself.
