Synopsis: Lizzie feels like she's on a thirty-second delay. That's how long it always takes for the brilliant thing she should have said to pop into her head--thirty seconds for her brain to catch up with her life. But Lizzie's never been one to take risks--not with her mom, who worries so much, and especially not now that she's the new kid at school.
