- Synopsis
- Exemplar organizations develop and use the Balanced Scorecard to translate their strategies into linked cause-and-effect relationships that can be easily understood and communicated to the entire organization. Using a number of examples of product leadership companies, this chapter illustrates how Balanced Scorecard strategy maps are constructed from the underlying strategy of an organization, a process that makes strategy transparent.
