- Synopsis
- Back Cover: “This booklet tells the basic history of the compromise which led the institutional church into apostasy (departure from the true faith). It is not intended to be an exhaustive report. The bibliography contains a list of reference books on the subject which will be of interest to anyone wanting to know more than this digestive version can offer. [The author] hopes “this treatise peeks the interests of many, causing more investigation of the subject and more light on the nature of the great “apostasy.” The author covers such topics as Constantine’s rise to power, his character, and his heretical acts which produced the Jewish-Gentile tension and hostility that exists today. The author hopes that because of the information contained in his book, Jews and Gentiles will examine their hearts and actions in order to reconcile; that is, for the paradigm of having Christianity exist within a Jewish context with Jews and Gentiles worshiping together will become normative.
