This book struck me as rather pompous. However, it was mostly about how one could manage time outside of work. There is an assumption that all people hate what they do, which is not always true. The other assumption that I found distasteful, was that people who read for pleasure are waisting time that could be better spent on learning and art! I wouldn't buy this book at all!
