Synopsis
What was it that Alexander observed, and in what way was his method of observation so novel? First of all he observed that the use of the head/neck region was of paramount importance for psycho-physical functioning. Not only did Alexander delineate the nature of bodily misuse, but, more importantly, he devised a method of extreme subtlety by means of which we can re-educate our faulty habits.
