5 out of 5

Cornbread, spaghetti, home made ketchup and even pancakes are listed in this healthy cook book. I really like this book! It uses real foods and recipes that are family friendly. The offerings listed are suitable for covered dishes or everyday meals. I did not feel like I was looking at a special diet cook book when I read through it. These are healthy recipes I would serve the whole family. I gave it 5 *s because of the ease of preparation. I did not feel food deprived as I read these meal plans
