- Synopsis
- There is a social tension that exists between Millennials (born 1980-2000) and older generations who occupy the workforce in America today. Older generations who are hiring managers too often view Millennials as uncommitted, lazy, entitled people who like to hide behind technology while taking selfies. This educational curriculum was created to help bridge that social tension through the channel of interviewing skills. The intended audience is college students, recent graduates, or even those who are seasoned in the workforce and are hoping to transition to a new position. This workbook (written for use with a Squarage "post modern career readiness" course) walks the job-seeker through the entire in-person interviewing experience.
