I enjoy Robyn Carr's Virgin River series and thought I would give this novel a try. It's a good book on the suspense side, and it gave me a nightmare which is a compliment to the author. I gave it a 4 because I think the ending could have been better with more resolutions for the main character. I can't say more than that without giving anything away, but my personal preference when reading a book is to have a conclusive happy tidy ending. Its still worth the read if you are a Carr fan, and resolutions are a personal preference.
