Soon she begins falling for the charismatic MMA fighter, Lawson, and her commitment to the show and Delia is pushed to its limits. Delia can't imagine a life that doesn't involve Midnite Matinee. Scary movies are the one connection she has to her dad who skipped town on her and her mom years ago. If the show becomes a hit, maybe her dad will see it and want to be a part of her life again. And maybe Josie will want to stay in their small town and build her career from home.
