- Synopsis
- WHEN 16-YEAR-OLD JUSTIN SANDERS travels to Egypt with his parents, he expects nothing more exciting than a family vacation in an exotic setting. But Justin's encoun ter with the mysterious Nathan Alistant transforms his trip into an unusual adventure. Like Justin, Nate is fascinated by ancient history, but his curiosity about Egypt's past is more than that of the ordinary tourist. Nate is searching for the answer to a puzzling question, and Justin finds himself drawn into his friend's strange quest. Following clues centuries old, the two boys make their way to the Valley of the Kings, burial place of the pharaohs of Egypt, and to the remote Temple of Abu Simbel. At the end of their journey, Nate and Justin discover a secret more incredible than all the lost treasures of ancient Egypt.
