Synopsis: Deb Ralston, the savvy, compassionate, "immensely appealing" (Kirkus) police detective who first came on the scene in Too Sane a Murder and A Conspiracy of Strangers, is back in full force-even fuller, as she's carrying the child she has finally been able to conceive.
