- Synopsis
- Here is a story for anyone of any age who loves a good fairytale. It is designed to be read aloud to children, a perfect bedtime story or to be read by children third grade and above. A young king with no kingdom, no job, no home and no food, sets out to seek his fortune. Along the way he finds bees, fire, a serpent and other objects in distress and gives them aid whereupon they become his friends. Later when he is given three impossibly hard tasks to win the hand of a princess, he learns the value of friendship and having the gift of leadership.
