- En Quebec, la noción de soberanía se ha vuelto tan trivial que ya no parece guardar ningún secreto para nadie. Los independentistas repiten desde hace cincuenta años que es fundamental que Quebec se adueñe de la soberanía para poder tomar las riendas de su propio destino. Sin embargo, al centrarse tanto en lo que la soberanía les permitiría hacer, tal vez hayan olvidado hablar de la soberanía en sí misma, de dónde viene, a dónde va, cómo funciona.
