- Synopsis
- To escape her popular younger sister's shadow, Sharon escapes for a summer to the Oregon coast where a job as live-in-baby-sitter for a difficult family gives her an appreciation for her own assets. The first two years of high school had been great for Sharon Burgess. But when Sharon becomes a junior, her younger sister Penny becomes a freshman. Penny is pretty, popular, and talented. Soon, Penny is the only Burgess that people seem to know. By the end of the school year, Sharon has had enough. There is only one thing left for Sharon to do. And she does it with success!
