Synopsis: The resurrection of Jesus from the dead is like the signature of God certifying that everything Jesus did was the work of God, and everything Jesus taught and promised is absolutely true. The disciples were not expecting Jesus to come back from the dead even though He had told them beforehand that He would. They had to be convinced of the resurrection. What was some of the evidence they encountered that convinced them that Jesus was alive and drove them to face persecution and death as they proclaimed that message? This book portrays some of that evidence so that the reader can judge for himself or herself whether the claims of the disciples were based on wishful thinking or on solid evidence and sound reasoning.
