Synopsis: Payment in Practice: 2025 OB/GYN Coding Manual serves as the primary billing and coding resource for obstetrician–gynecologists and their staff. For 2025, the manual has been modified with input from physicians and coders to enhance usability and provide unique billing information tailored for ob-gyn practices. The manual follows established CPT guidelines and includes Medicare guideline information for accurately reporting medical procedures. It represents the expert opinions of ACOG staff and members of the ACOG Committee on Health Economics and Coding about the specific services included (or not included) in each ob-gyn procedure code listed.
