Synopsis: The International Reader: Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Current Events and Global Issues provides students with diverse insights into major world regions and an array of complex topics and current events. The book is organized into chapters on each of the six major world regions: Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Oceania.
