In Skogluft—which translates to” forest air”—he draws on data from the University of Environmental Research and Bioscience in Norway and three decades of NASA research to reveal how a carefully chosen selection of plants grown and placed in a specific way indoors can dramatically improve health, reduce fatigue, strengthen the immune system, and enhance concentration, communication, and vitality. Having these plants around us can help improve how our bodies feel and prevent disease, make us happier and calmer, and increase our efficiency and productivity.Skogluft teaches you how to transform any wall in a home or office into a living wall to help remove toxins from the air, reduce stress, and strengthen the immune system. Viumdal explains which plants improve overall health and release different gases for optimal well-being. All the vegetation can be found in local nurseries or stores and online. Slave Species of the Gods: The Secret History of the Anunnaki and Their Mission on Earth

by Michael Tellinger

Our origins as a slave species and the Anunnaki legacy in our DNA • Reveals compelling new archaeological and genetic evidence for the engineered origins of the human species, first proposed by Zecharia Sitchin in The 12th Planet • Shows how the Anunnaki created us using pieces of their own DNA, controlling our physical and mental capabilities by inactivating their more advanced DNA • Identifies a recently discovered complex of sophisticated ruins in South Africa as the city of the Anunnaki leader Enki Scholars have long believed that the first civilization on Earth emerged in Sumer some 6,000 years ago. However, as Michael Tellinger reveals, the Sumerians and Egyptians inherited their knowledge from an earlier civilization that lived at the southern tip of Africa and began with the arrival of the Anunnaki more than 200,000 years ago. Sent to Earth in search of life-saving gold, these ancient Anunnaki astronauts from the planet Nibiru created the first humans as a slave race to mine gold--thus beginning our global traditions of gold obsession, slavery, and god as dominating master. Revealing new archaeological and genetic evidence in support of Zecharia Sitchin’s revolutionary work with pre-biblical clay tablets, Tellinger shows how the Anunnaki created us using pieces of their own DNA, controlling our physical and mental capabilities by inactivating their more advanced DNA--which explains why less than 3 percent of our DNA is active. He identifies a recently discovered complex of sophisticated ruins in South Africa, complete with thousands of mines, as the city of Anunnaki leader Enki and explains their lost technologies that used the power of sound as a source of energy. Matching key mythologies of the world’s religions to the Sumerian clay tablet stories on which they are based, he details the actual events behind these tales of direct physical interactions with “god,” concluding with the epic flood--a perennial theme of ancient myth--that wiped out the Anunnaki mining operations. Tellinger shows that, as humanity awakens to the truth about our origins, we can overcome our programmed animalistic and slave-like nature, tap in to our dormant Anunnaki DNA, and realize the longevity and intelligence of our creators as well as learn the difference between the gods of myth and the true loving God of our universe.

Slavic Protective and Healing Magic. Meditations Under the Auspices of the Ancient Gods

by Olga Kryuchkova Elena Kryuchkova

The Vedic healing words are based on the Old Slavic Glagolitic alphabet. There is still a debate around the origin of the Glagolitic. There are many versions, according to one of which (generally accepted) it was created by the Slavic enlightener Cyril. According to another version, the Glagolitic alphabet is the oldest runic letter of the Slavs, accessible only to the elect, the Volhvs. According to legend, the Glagolitic was given to the Volhvs by the ancient Slavic gods, so that they recorded sacred events and laws. Slavic magic rites appeared many hundreds and thousands of years ago. Slavic rituals and spells are ancient magic. Rituals helped a person in all aspects of life, they solved heart problems, created protection from the evil eye and any other evil, treated various diseases, attracted luck and wealth to the family, and much more. These magical rites appeared many hundreds and thousands of years ago, and even then the basic requirements for the performer of magical rituals and the rules for casting spells formed

Slavic Seasonal Rituals and Divinations

by Olga Kruchkova

Since ancient times a human wished to know what the future will bring and what kind of fate the gods have prepared for him. The foretelling in Russia (Ancient Rus') was done by the wise man called "veduni," and by "volhvi" — religious ritual practitioners. With the help of complicated ceremonies and magic rituals they "looked" into the future. Nevertheless, more simple fortune telling methods were available to our ancestors, who did not possess magic powers. Various objects were used to tell the future: wax and tin melting, silver mirrors, water, bones, intestines of the animals, seeds, legumes, porridge, animal sounds, runes, stones, flowers, and household items. Quite sometime later fortune telling on the coffee grinds, steeped tea leftovers, and cards appeared. To do the fortune-telling our ancestors also used elements that were available in nature. With a variety of ways to do fortune-telling, its timing was aligned with certain rituals and agricultural celebrations, and, therefore, there was a correlation with Slavic calendar. Slavic calendar, as a multifaceted and unique phenomenon, was created and improved through thousands of years. It is a reflection of a world-view of our distant ancestors and their daily routines.

Slavic Witchcraft: Old World Conjuring Spells and Folklore

by Natasha Helvin

A practical guide to the ancient magical tradition of Russian sorcery and Eastern Slavic magical rites • Offers step-by-step instructions for more than 300 spells, incantations, charms, amulets, and practical rituals for love, career success, protection, healing, divination, communicating with spirits and ancestors, and other challenges and situations • Reveals specific places of magical power in the natural world as well as the profound power of graveyards and churches for casting spells • Explores the folk history of this ancient magical tradition, including how the pagan gods gained new life as Eastern Orthodox saints, and shares folktales of magical beings, including sorceresses shapeshifting into animals and household objects Passed down through generations, the Slavic practice of magic, witchcraft, and sorcery is still alive and well in Russia, the Ukraine, and Belarus, as well as the Balkans and the Baltic states. There are still witches who whisper upon tied knots to curse or heal, sorceresses who shapeshift into animals or household objects, magicians who cast spells for love or good fortune, and common folk who seek their aid for daily problems big and small. Sharing the extensive knowledge she inherited from her mother and grandmother, including spells of the “Old Believers” previously unknown to outsiders, Natasha Helvin explores in detail the folk history and practice of Russian sorcery and Eastern Slavic magical rites, offering a rich compendium of more than 300 spells, incantations, charms, and practical rituals for love, relationships, career success, protection, healing, divination, averting the evil eye, communicating with spirits and ancestors, and a host of other life challenges and daily situations, with complete step-by-step instructions to ensure your magical goals are realized. She explains how this tradition has only a thin Christian veneer over its pagan origins and how the Slavic pagan gods and goddesses acquired new lives as the saints of the Eastern Orthodox Church. She details how the magical energy for these spells and rituals is drawn from the forces of nature, revealing specific places of power in the natural world as well as the profound power of graveyards and churches for casting spells. She explores the creation of amulets and talismans, the importance of icons, and the proper recital of magical language and actions during spells, as well as how one becomes a witch or sorceress. Offering a close examination of these two-thousand-year-old occult practices, Helvin also includes Slavic folk advice, adapted for the modern era. Revealing what it means to be a Slavic witch or sorceress, and how this vocation pervades all aspects of life, she shows that each of us has magic within that we can use to take control of our own destiny.
