Riscaldate il forno a 180°. Foderate una teglia con la carta da forno, ungete bene con olio di cocco. 2. In una grande ciotola, mescolate il burro di mandorle, uova, miele, olio di cocco e aceto di sidro di mele con un frullatore a immersione. 3. In una ciotola a parte, mescolate il lino, la farina di cocco, il bicarbonato di sodio e il sale marino. Aggiungete il composto precedentemente preparato e mescolate; versate nella teglia unta e foderata e cuocete in forno per 35-40 minutes. 4. Togliete la teglia dal forno e lasciate raffreddare per 10 minuti. Togliete il pane dalla teglia sollevando la carta da forno. Mettetelo su una griglia per farlo raffreddare completamente. 5. Sistematelo in un recipiente ermetico a temperatura ambiente per 3-4 giorni, poi in frigo per 7-10 giorni o nel freezer per un mese circa. Prendete il libro per altre ricette!
