The DNA Field and the Law of Resonance: Creating Reality through Conscious Thought
by Pierre FranckhA practical guide to unlocking the powers of our DNA to manifest health, wealth, and happiness • Shows how our DNA communicates with those around us and attracts resonant energy--whether positive or negative--to us • Reveals groundbreaking scientific research on the influence of DNA on photons as well as the interactions between DNA and emotions • Provides practical exercises to remove negative influences, build positive visualizations of your desires, and accelerate the manifestation of your wishes Taking the law of attraction to an entirely new level, Pierre Franckh reveals how human DNA has a direct effect on the physical world around us--an effect we can consciously focus to manifest our desires. Sharing groundbreaking experiments on the influence of DNA on photons and on the interactions between emotions and DNA, Franckh explains how our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, whether positive or negative, build a field of resonance around us. Through this quantum field our DNA is continuously communicating our unique vibration to those around us and receiving their unique oscillations in return. By focusing our intentions and removing negativity from our beliefs about ourselves, our past, and our future, we can use our DNA to communicate our thoughts and desires to the universe. Through focused thoughts and intentions we draw the same resonant energy to us, thus bringing our intentions and desires into manifestation. The author shares success stories from the thousands who have taken his seminars and were then able to attract a soul mate, heal themselves or loved ones, or build wealth, sometimes remarkably quickly. He also describes how he discovered the law of resonance through his own self-healing from a degenerative spinal condition. Franckh provides practical exercises to remove inner and outer negative influences that could be blocking your desires, build a positive visualization of your goals, and increase the power of your field of resonance for quicker manifestation. In this inspiring guide to the law of resonance, the author shows how the power to manifest health, wealth, and happiness is within each of us, waiting to be unlocked within our DNA.

The Dal Cookbook
by Krishna DuttaAn award-winning collection of over 50 delicious Indian recipes featuring the popular staple. Dal is to India what pasta is to Italy. Cheap to produce, highly nutritional, suitable for long storage and capable of being cooked in a basic pot on an open fire, dal has been providing nourishment to millions of Indians for millennia. It truly is a pan-Indian dish consumed by rich and poor alike. It is high protein and has practically no sugar—in fact, it is known as &“poor man&’s meat&” in India—hence doctors now include this as an essential item in a diet for diabetics. Dal is a genuinely impressive dish of infinite variety—there are at least 50 recipes for this humble food. There are multiple ways of cooking it, wide-ranging seasonings are used and there are diverse supplements to serve with it. Over the centuries, Indian cooks became innovative and with locally available ingredients they dished out dal to satisfy a regional palate. In the process they also invented new dishes using dal lentils such as kedgeree (khichari – a risotto made with lentil), dosas (pancakes mixed with lentil flower), vadas (lentil cakes), dhokla (baked lentil cakes), papadam (dried lentil snack) and pakoras (fritters dipped in lentil batter).2015 Gourmand Award Winner, Best Indian CuisinePraise for The Dal Cookbook&“A huge success with budget- and health-conscious cooks . . . . The Dalai Lama on What Matters Most
by The Dalai Lama Noriyuki UedaIn conversation with His Holiness the Dalai Lama. In April of 2006, the prominent Japanese cultural anthropologist Noriyuki Ueda sat down with the Dalai Lama for a two day conversation. This book is based on that long and lively conversation in Dharamsala. In this little book, the two men explore whether there is a place in religious practice for anger against social injustice, the role of competition in spiritual life, conditional versus unconditional love, and the soullessness of materialism. One of the real pleasures of this book is the Dalai Lama's uncharacteristic candor. For example:'I am not only a socialist but also a bit of a leftist, a Communist.''I hold the position of a high monk, a big lama. Unless I exercise self restraint, there is every possibility for me to exploit others.'He also argues that rather than suppressing anger, Buddhism embraces using anger to precipitate social change. In other words anger can be an important spiritual practice. This book offers a unique perspective on the Dalai Lama's political and spiritual views. And it guides the reader through the complex reality of what it means to practice compassion in the here and now.
The Dalai Lama's Book of Transformation
by Dalai LamaOur state of mind in terms of emotions plays a crucial role in the way we experience happiness and suffering. His Holiness the Dali Lama, the exiled spiritual leader of the Tibetan people, offers simple advice on how to work with negative emotions (such as anger) and strengthen positive emotions (such as altruism and compassion). He shows us practical ways to transform our hearts and minds and create the happiness we seek.
