by Satya Vardhan Dobriyal“रूपकंवर” इस उपन्यास में मैंने देश भर में व्याप्त उस परिदृश्य और हमारे समाज के जाने माने लोगों के मध्य जिस प्रकार के आचार-व्यवहार देखने को मिलता है उसे आप तक लाने का प्रयास किया है। साहित्य के दस रूपक और अठ्ठारह उपरूपकों का इस्तेमाल इस उपन्यास में नहीं किया जा सकता था क्योंकि यह उस प्रकार की कृति नहीं है लेकिन यह रचना एक कलात्मक रचना है ऐसा भीं नहीं कहा जा सकता है। लेकिन जिस प्रकार की कथावस्तु इसमें है उससे पाठक आनंद जरूर उठा सकते हैं और जो संदेश मैं समाज को देना चाहता हूं उसे देने में सफल हो सकता हूं। आप इस उपन्यास को पढ़ते हुए चरित्रों की विशेषताओं का जरा गौर से निरीक्षण करना और फिर आप देखेंगे कि चित्र किस तरह आपके मस्तिष्क में उभर कर आते हैं।

by Shalini Soniजब इंसान स्वप्न के उड़नखटोले पर बैठकर खुले आसमान में उड़ता है, तो उसे अद्भुत आनंद का अहसास होता है। लेकिन जब यही उड़नखटोला उसे हकीकत के घरातल पर उतारता है, तो धरती की तपेदिक उसके पदों को घायल कर देती है, जिसे सहन कर पाना आसान नहीं होता। आज के प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक युग में, हर बच्चे को भाग लेना अनिवार्य हो गया है, चाहे वह अपनी मर्जी से हो या परिवार की इक्षापूर्ति के लिए। नतीजतन, कभी-कभी उम्मीद के मुताबिक परिणाम नहीं मिलते, कभी काबिलियत की कमी के कारण तो कभी चाहत की पूर्ति न होने से। इस दौड़ में कोटा जैसे कोचिंग हब में बच्चों की तादाद बढ़ रही है, जहां से उनका उच्च शिक्षा और स्वाभिमान का सफर शुरू होता है। लेकिन कई बार यह देखा गया है कि जो कुछ भलाई के लिए बनाया गया होता है, वह अक्सर बुराई में परिणत हो जाता है। आज कोटा एक शिक्षा का शहर होने के बजाय आत्महत्या का केंद्र बन रहा है, जो अभी तक चेतावनी नहीं दे रहा है, पर आने वाले कल में एक चिंतनीय विषय बन सकता है। इन्ही बढ़ती कुरीतियों को रोकने की कोशिश में माताएं अपनी जान जोखिम में डाल कर किस तरह साहस का परिचय देती है यह हमें आगे जानने को मिलेगा।

by Devendra Prasadअनजान रहस्यमयी टापू, खौफनाक कहानी और रहस्यमयी सफ़र, डबडबा टापू की भूमि पर जहाँ वीरता और बलिदान की कहानियाँ कदम-कदम पर नज़र आती थी, वहीं अब कदम-कदम पर नज़र आता है, रहस्य और रोमांच से परे एक ऐसा अद्भुत संसार जो अपनी बर्बरता की दास्तां ख़ुद कहता है। वहीं दूसरी तरफ़ है कालुभर टापू, जहाँ शाम के साये गहराने लगते हैं तो हवा में एक रहस्यमयी-सी सरसराहट घुल जाती है। अपनी ही आहट से हृदय की धड़कने रुकने को अक्सर विवश हो जाती है। अटल के घुमक्कड़ी के शौक ने उसे निशा से मिलवाया, जिसके मोहपाश में फँसकर वह पहुँच गया, हर चौबीस साल में जलमग्न हो जाने टापुओं पर। यहाँ उसका सामना हो रहा था ऐसे अतीत से, जिसके वर्तमान में खुद को पाकर, वह अपने भविष्य को लेकर चिंतित हो चला था। कैसा था ये रहस्यमयी सफर? क्या अटल को मिल पाई थी निशा? आखिर कौन थी ये निशा? क्या निशा कोई थी या थी कोई मरीचिका?
Saalok - Devtao Ka Sabse Bada Dar: सालोक: देवताओं का सबसे बड़ा डर
by Saket Kumarसालोक-एक ऐसा अस्त्र जिसका रहस्य ब्रहमा, विष्णु तथा महादेव ने लाखों वर्षो से अपने अंदर छिपा कर रखा था किंतु ये राज अब कलियुग जान चुका है और इससे पहले की इन्द्र तथा बाकि देवताओं को ये बात पता चले उससे पहले ही विष्णु और महादेव को बचाना होगा 'सालोक' को कलियुग से। क्योंकि 'सालोक' मिलने का अर्थ है देवताओ का अंत और अगर देवताओ को ये बात पता चली तो वो खुद को बचाने के लिये पृथ्वी का सर्वनाश कर देंगे। पृथ्वी का सर्वनाश!! यानि इंसानो को सर्वनाश! किंतु जिस इंसानो से विष्णु तथा महादेव इतना प्रेम करते है वो भला ऐसा कैसे होने देंगे। विष्णु के सामने एक कठिन चुनौती है ना वो देवताओ को मरने दे सकते है और ना ही इंसानो का साथ छोड़ सकते है और साथ ही उन्हे खत्म करना है कलियुग को भी। और आज महादेव के सुझाव से लेने जा रहे है वो अपना दसंवा अवतार किंतु ऐसा करते ही वो कलियुग तथा ब्रहमा के बीच हुये समझौते को तोड़ देगें और जिसका अर्थ है इंसानो की मौत। कैसे तोड़ेगें इस चक्रव्युह को विष्णु? और कैसे जन्म लेगा उनका दसंवा अवतार? कैसे आयी पृथ्वी पर सालोक? कौन सी शक्तियां है सालोक में जिसने त्रिदेवों को भी चिंता मे डाल दिया है और कैसे पता चला कलियुग को सालोक के बारे मे? सालोक के इस पुस्तक में परत दर परत खुलते इन सभी रहस्यो के साथ ही जिक्र है किवदंती बन चुके उन देवों का तथा उन शापित इंसानो का जो हजारों सालो से छुप कर रह रहें है किंतु अब उन्हे भी बाहर आना ही होगा। और वे आयेंगे विष्णु के दसंवे अवतार के आवाहन पर। क्योंकि विष्णु भी ये समझ चुके है की उनके सभी अवतार ने अपने अपने युगो मे पैदा हुये दुष्टों को खात्मा किया है किंतु इस बार उनका सामना हुआ है खुद एक युग से कलियुग से।

by Santosh Pathakस्नेहलता यादव की गुमशुदगी का मामूली सा दिखाई देने वाला केस अचानक ही मेरे जी का जंजाल बन गया। हालात, जिनपर मेरा कोई काबू नहीं था, यूं बिगड़ते चले गये कि लड़की का पता लगाने की बजाये मुझे खुद को जेल जाने से बचाने की कवायद में जुटना पड़ा। पुलिस की निगाहों में मैं रेपिस्ट था, खूनी था, और वह बात साबित हो जाना महज वक्त की बात थी, क्योंकि मेरे खिलाफ सबूतों का अंबार लगा हुआ था, और सबूत भी ऐसे जो चींख चींखकर कह रहे थे कि अपराधी मैं ही था। सबसे ज्यादा डैमेजिंग बात मेरे लिए ये थी कि केस की इंवेस्टिगेशन ऑफिसर इंस्पेक्टर गरिमा देशपांडे मेरे खिलाफ थी, इतना खिलाफ कि उसका वश चलता तो अदालत में गुनाह साबित होने से पहले ही मुझे फांसी के फंदे पर लटका देती। ऐसे मुश्किल हालात में सच्चाई की तह तक पहुंच पाना कोई आसान काम नहीं था। मगर पहुंचना फिर भी जरूरी था, क्योंकि बलि का बकरा बनने का मेरा कोई इरादा नहीं था।
Jahnavi: जाह्नवी
by Bharti Gaur‘ख्वाहिशों और सपनों में फर्क’, ‘धर्म और अध्यात्म में फर्क’, ‘प्रेम में होने और प्रेम के होने में फर्क’ की बात करता यह उपन्यास, ये सोचने पर मजबूर करता है कि जीवन जीते-जीते कब हम मरना सीख जाते हैं और जीवन से दूर होते चले जाते हैं। यह उपन्यास हमें बताता है कि वापस लौटकर आने के लिए हमें खुद के अन्दर झाँकने के अलावा और कोई विकल्प नहीं तलाशना चाहिए, सब कुछ इन्सान के अंतर्मन में ही है, वहीं मिलेगा। हमारी मदद हम खुद कर सकते हैं और अगर इस काबिल हैं तो दूसरों को भी रास्ता दिखाया जा सकता है। तलाकशुदा से प्रेम, बाल वैधव्य, बुज़ुर्गों की वर्तमान दशा-दिशा, स्वयं के ख़्वाबों का बिखराव, उनका खो जाना। व्यक्तित्व, जिसे निखारने का वादा इंसान को स्वयं से करना चाहिए, किन्तु जब यही सब बातें आरोप-प्रत्यारोप के रूप में जाह्नवी पर ही भारी पड़ने लगती हैं, तब उसका खुद से जूझना और इन सब से पार पाने का स़फर ही उपन्यास की आत्मा है। इंसान का दोहरा व्यवहार जब आइने के रूप में उसके सामने आकर उस पर लानत भेजता है, तब उसे क्या करना चाहिए?
Jaipur diaries: जयपुर डायरीज़
by Aryan Upadhyayयह मोहब्बत की ऐसी कहानी है जिसके साकार होने की तमन्ना हर दिल में हमेशा जवाँ रहती है, फिर वह नौजवान हो या बु़जुर्ग। यह प्यार का ऐसा स़फर है जिस पर अमूमन हर कोई चलना चाहेगा। किशोरवय और यौवन के बीच खड़े किरदारों की यह कहानी स़ख्त दिलों को भी छू लेने की क्षमता रखती है। इसमें एक प्रेम-त्रिकोण है; एक नायक और दो नायिकाएँ। आम कहानियों के उलट, इस अलहदा कहानी में दोनों ही नायिकाएँ अपने नायक को पा लेती हैं और अंत में आकाश, सिया और नव्या ‘साथ-साथ' रहने लगते हैं। कैसे? यही तो इस प्रेम कहानी की ख़ूबसूरती है और इसका रहस्य भी। मुख्य कथानक के साथ ही समांतर रूप में चलने वाली अन्य दिलचस्प उपकथाएँ भी हैं। सहज भाषा-शैली में रचा गया यह उपन्यास पाठक को अंत तक बाँधे रखता है और अंतत: उसके मन में सुखद एहसास के साथ एक मीठी-सी कसक भी छोड़ जाता है। इसमें प्यार है, रोमांस है, चुहल है, कॉलेज की मस्ती है, लड़कपन की शरारतें हैं, दोस्ती के रंग हैं, साज़िशें भी हैं, और वह सबकुछ है जो आपको गुदगुदाएँगा, हँसाएगा, रुलाएगा, सपने दिखाएगा और रोमांचित करेगा। हकीक़त और कल्पना के मेल से रची गई ऐसी कथा जिस पर हर दिल सौ फ़ीसद यक़ीन करना चाहेगा।

Hot Wheels: Launching The Mixed Play Experience

The technology underlying the product was an NFC chip embedded in the physical Hot Wheels die-cast car that could be scanned to add a digital version of the car into a virtual domain, where users could see their stats and play video games with the car. The goal for the new mixed play experience was to extend the age of the Hot Wheels customer, as children were observed to be moving on from physical toys to digital play at a younger and younger age. The mixed play concept had received unprecedented investment and support, since it represented a whole new approach to play that could set the stage for the future of Hot Wheels and other Mattel brands. In early 2019, the product development phase was nearly complete and plans were being set for the launch. Key decisions needed to be made around positioning, naming, pricing, channel, promotion, and launch timing. Given the high expectations for the innovative mixed play platform, it was critical to get these go-to-market decisions right.
How Should Netflix Add an Ad-Supported Tier?

Speculation abounded as to the details of the new tier: How many minutes of advertising would it include? What picture quality would it offer? How many screens could be viewed at the same time? And, critically, how much would it cost the consumer per month? In this exercise, students are tasked with trying to assess whether Netflix should indeed go ahead with introducing a new ad-supported tier - and if so, how? - or whether the company would be better off sticking with its existing tiers and repricing them - and if so, by how much? Students need to evaluate which of these options would maximize the number of subscribers, and importantly, profits. Students have at their disposal results from market research (specifically a conjoint analysis study), financial reports, and industry data. The exercise also allows for a conceptual discussion of the merits of alternative revenue models: ad-driven vs. pure subscription-driven vs. a hybrid of the two.
