How do I mass manage members on a Reading List?

As a Sponsor, you can add, delete, and move multiple members from one Reading List to another. This time-saving feature will allow you to manage multiple assigned members at the same time versus making individual changes to Reading Lists.

Add multiple members on one Reading List to another Reading List

1. Log into to Bookshare.

2. Under My Bookshare, select “My Reading List.”

3. Find and select the Reading List you would like to edit.

4. Select “Assigned Members.”

5. Select the members you would like to move to another Reading List

6. Select “Assign Another List.”

7. From the pop-up window, select the Reading List(s) to which you want to move the members.

8. Select “Assign.”

Your selected members will then be added to the new Reading List. Next, you can delete these members from the original Reading List, if desired.

Delete multiple members from a Reading List

1. Log into to Bookshare.

2. Under My Bookshare, select “My Reading List.”

3. Find and select the Reading List you would like to edit.

4. Select “Assigned Members.”

5. Select the members you would like to delete from the Reading List.

6. Select “Remove Members.” 

The selected members will then be deleted from the Reading List.

Add multiple members to a Reading List from an organization roster

1. Log into to Bookshare.

2. Under My Bookshare, select “My Reading Lists.”

3. Find and select the Reading List you would like to edit.

4. Select the “Assigned Members" tab at the top of the Reading List.

5. Select the "Add Members" button at the bottom of the list of Assigned Members.

6. Select the members on your roster whom you would like to add to the Reading List.

7. Select “Add selected members.”

The selected members will then be added to the Reading List.
